This option is ideal for reaching a diverse crowd, offering quick, interactive color analysis sessions to help attendees discover their best shades.

Palette & Pizzazz Soirée (Private Event)

For a more exclusive and tailored experience, our Palette & Pizzazz Soirée brings Color Analysis Consultations directly to you, providing personalized attention and in-depth analysis for each guest. This intimate setting is perfect for small groups (4-10 people) who want to explore their unique color profiles in a relaxed, luxurious environment.

  • One-on-One Consultations: Every guest will receive a personalized color consultation, discovering the shades that complement their natural tones.

  • Ideal for: Birthday parties, bridal showers, girls' nights, or corporate team-building events.

  • Exclusive Experience: Enjoy one-on-one consultations, customized styling advice, and a luxury experience for you and your guests.

  • Product Purchases: Our exclusive physical products, such as swatch wallets, are available for purchase separately during the event.

  • Hue & Happening’s Affair (Public Event): Attendees enjoy individual discounts for their color consultations. Perfect for those who want to benefit from their special offer.

  • Palettes & Pizzazz Soirée (Private Event): Only one discount can be applied to the group if applicable. The discount, if applicable, applies to the overall group session price.

  • Palette’s & Pizzazz Soirée (Private Event): If you prefer an intimate, customized experience with personalized attention for each guest, then hosting us for a private party is your best choice. Plus, enjoy a free mini-consultation as the host!

Pricing

  • Color Analysis Sessions: $130.00 per person

  • When you host a My Authentic Colors session at your event, we’ll thank you with a complimentary 30-minute session.

    • Please Note: If you choose to purchase any physical products, those will be at your own expense. ($100-$110 value)

Please Note: For Private Color Analysis Parties, if multiple people qualify for any of the discount offerings, only ONE discount can be applied to the total amount of your party.

Travel Fee’s for Private Parties.

As of September 1st, 2025, All private house parties booked with My Authentic Colors will include travel fees.

  • Mileage will be billed at $0.70 per mile per Massachusetts State Law (round trip).

  • A set travel fee will also apply based on the distance from the My Authentic Colors office to the event location.

    • 30 minutes or less → $50 travel fee + mileage

    • 31–59 minutes → $100 travel fee + mileage

    • 1–3 hours → $200 travel fee + mileage

    • 3+ hours → $350 travel fee + mileage

  • ⚠️ Please Note: All travel fees must be paid in full before our arrival to confirm your event.

If you’re interested in hosting My Authentic Colors for either event, we would love to hear from you!

  • A Color Analysis party is a fun, interactive group experience where you and your guests discover the colors that flatter you most. Using professional draping and expert guidance, everyone learns which hues enhance their natural features and how to use those colors in clothing, makeup, and accessories.

  • We ask for 4 people Minimum and 10 people Maximum for our Color Analysis Parties.

  • Most parties last 2–3 hours, depending on the number of guests. We’ll confirm timing with you in advance so everything flows smoothly.

  • Parties can be hosted in your home, at a private venue, or at a pre-arranged location. All we need is enough space to work comfortably with each guest. We will provide the rest!

  • All guests recieve a digital wallet, 3 ShopMy Links for clothing, makeup, and accessories based on their palette, plus access to our Preferred Partner Database. Physical Swatch Wallets are not included and can be purchased seperately.

  • Yes. No makeup should be worn during your Color Analysis Consultation. No exceptions.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.

  • You may reschedule your party within a 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. You will recieve an invoice once all details are confirmed. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your information is protected. Please note that we do not accept cash or checks.

  • All hosts recieve a complimentary Color Analysis on behalf of My Authentic Colors as a Thank You for choosing us. Please Note: You Are Still Responsible for purchasing any physical products at FULL Retail Value.

    Please Note: My Authentic Colors will be asking for verification before any discounts can be applied. Your discount cannot be used towards Travel Fees or your own purchase of any physical product.
